This was my first time visiting an urgent care clinic, and I was truly impressed. I was amazed at how quickly they answered the phone, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional.
The bedside manner of both the nurses and the doctor was outstanding. I will gladly recommend this urgent care clinic to all my friends and family.

Superb,professional, thorough care...this is how primary medical care should be!!
My only hesitancy is with a second visit where my scheduled appointment was not honored over walk ins who just happened to get processed into the desk before me....if you don't honor scheduled appointments then SAY THAT...SAY that even with an appointment you have to get in line first!!!
Also, I've been receiving text messages billing me for the payment I already made. When I called the number on the text to inquire, of course nobody answered...not good...and typical of the 'I can hide behind the internet and not really talk to my customers, clients and patients' ethos that seems to have crept in EVERYWHERE.
Note that my criticisms go to the SYSTEM and maybe even to the individual person on the check in deskon a given day...the quality of the MEDICAL CARE is first rate.
My highest recommendation for medical attention....lowest for the system and maybe the check in process and misleading website regarding appointments and neglecting to tell you that even with an appointment you have to 'get in line' first!!
